Certified PTAM

- The price depends on the approximate value you enter, the type, the built area, the city and the deadline (standard, urgent or express).
Travel
In Goiânia, no travel fee within 20 km. Beyond that radius, R$2.50 per km driven, round trip. You see this amount before paying.
PTAM deposit rules
The deposit is not refundable after the inspection; it is refunded if you cancel within 7 days and before the inspection, or if we cannot take on the order.
From the Market Study to the PTAM
If the PTAM is for the same property and you order it within 90 days, the amount paid for the Market Study is deducted from the PTAM price, once.
